He started and developed an expertise in construction project management working with a variety of clients in medical, educational, and institutional sectors including high-value complex sporting event venue renovations that total well over $650 million in value.

Randy currently oversees real estate development activities and provides oversight of design, documentation and value analysis. He also concentrates on at-risk development, financial feasibility, field quality control and local trade relationships.

Randy’s comprehensive experience and leadership capabilities encourage employees and subcontractors to seek innovative and cooperative methods to create quality and value for all customers and partners.

Randy holds a BS in Construction Management and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma.

JD Walker is an expert in construction management and well respected in the industry for client relationships, positive work environments, safe business practices and elevated efficiencies with designers and subcontractors.

His project work history is significant in total value (approximately $1 billion in construction), total square footage (300 million SF) and project height (over 52 stories on a single project).

He currently oversees bid packaging, buyout, scheduling, project coordination, change order estimating, contract drawing review, project specification accuracy, and project cost control.

JD has extensive experience working directly with owner representatives, major subcontractors, technical trades, architects, and engineers.  He is a critical thinking project manager and known for fast & efficient issue resolution.

Working with superintendents, he selects and assigns project personnel and prepares preliminary project schedules.  Ultimately, JD is responsible for the master project schedule including job status reports and real-time cost analysis.

JD holds a BS in Construction Management from the University of Oklahoma.  He is DBIA Certified, a Certified SureTrak Technician, a Certified CADD Technician,  a Grade I ACI Technician, OSHA 10 Hour and Procore Certified.
